Agreement

By downloading or using Purrfessor (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Purrfessor is

Purrfessor is an educational app that teaches you how to use AI tools through short lessons and exercises. It is for general learning. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Using the app

You may use Purrfessor for your own personal learning. Please do not misuse it: that means no reverse-engineering, copying, reselling, or scraping the app or its lessons, and nothing unlawful. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

The app is currently free to use. We may add optional paid features in the future. If we do, any charges and their terms will be made clear before you pay.

About the AI tools we teach

Purrfessor teaches you to use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those tools or anything they produce. AI can be confidently wrong, so always check important facts before relying on them. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms.

Our content

The app, its lessons, designs, and the Purrfessor name and artwork are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law. Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and nothing more.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to make it useful and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update this page and note the new date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
